How do I obtain support from XFINITY On Campus?

To access support for your XFINITY On Campus account, including frequently asked questions, troubleshooting tips and tricks and service status information, please complete the following steps:

  1. Go to http://xfinityoncampus.com
  2. In the Search for your school field, begin typing and then select Florida State University
  3. Sign in using your FSU username and password
  4. Once signed in, click the Support tab

  5. You may be prompted to setup your support profile:
    • Enter your First and Last Name
    • Enter your University Email Address (@my.fsu.edu)
    • Click Submit

  6. Once you have set up your support profile, you will be able to access the XFINITY On Campus Help & Support database
  7. To submit a support request to Comcast, scroll to the bottom of the support page and click the Contact Us button

  8. On the Submit a request page, choose the appropriate drop-down options and provide the necessary information before clicking Submit
