I'm not receiving / seeing some of my email. What do I need to do?

myFSU will group messages that are from the same sender or that have the same subject, and indicate this using a gold diamond icon. If you see this, click the gold diamond to expand the list of messages.

This feature can be customized:

  1. Go to Options.
  2. Click Layout.
  3. Make changes under the Conversations heading.
