What if I forget or lose my phone?

We recommend registering more than one device with Duo. That way, if you forget your cellphone at home one day, you can select to have your verification message sent to a different device or landline. If you do not have access to any of the devices you have registered with Duo, submit a support request or call ITS Service Desk at 850-644-HELP(4357) for immediate assistance.
