Why do I see multiple “Generic Smartphone” numbers?

When your multi-step verification account was activated, each phone number associated with you in OMNI HR as of June 14, 2016, was added as a verification device. You can use any number listed to receive a phone call and complete the verification process, even if it is not a smartphone. Follow these instructions to remove any unnecessary or outdated devices. To make changes, access the Personal Information section in OMNI HR.
