How to request agent access using the Online Role Request (eORR) system?

To Submit a Role Request

  • Sign in to my.fsu.edu
  • On the right hand side, look for a box labeledMy Security Center
  • Click Submit Request - Add/Remove Role
  • Search for the employee the request is for by last name
  • Select Customer Relations Management
  • Select Add
  • Select Department Roles
  • Check the box next to the appropriate role the employee needs in order to complete job duties, and select Continue.
  • On the next page, enter the reason for requesting access at the top
  • Then click "Submit" at the bottom of the page

An email will be sent to your supervisor and the employee you have submitted the request for.

To approve/deny a role request

Follow these steps to approve a request as a supervisor or to confirm you wish to have the role (if submitted by someone else)

  • Sign in to my.fsu.edu
  • On the right hand side, look for a box labeled My Security Center
  • Click Approve Online Role Request
  • Search for the employee the request is for by last name or search by request ID
  • Select the Individual listed that you wish to approve/deny
  • To approve the request scroll down to the bottom of the next page and click the approve button
  • To deny the request check the box next to the listed role, enter a justification, and click the deny button

To remove or delete a role for an employee

  • Sign in to my.fsu.edu
  • On the right hand side look for a box labeled My Security Center
  • Click Submit Request - Add/Remove Role
  • Search for the employee the request is for
  • Select Customer Relations Management
  • Select Delete
  • On the next page check the box next to each role to be deleted/removed
  • Click Continue
  • Enter the justification for deleting/removing the selected role for this employee
  • Click Submit
  • The role deletion/removal request will be sent to the employee's supervisor for review and approval
