What is the ITS Service Desk?
The ITS Service Desk is FSU's first point of contact for over 100 products and services in the ITS Service Catalog. The Service Desk is comprised of 11 full-time employees. Requests for support are received via phone calls, emails, online chats and walk-ins. Our goal is to respond to and resolve requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. When necessary, the Service Desk coordinates efforts with Tier 2 or other Service Providers. Additionally, we support telephone directory assistance. We respond to over 100,000 requests for service and support each year. On average, we resolve over 50% of all service requests..
