How do I search for someone in the faculty and staff directory?

Search by Name
  1. Click within the Search Names field and begin typing an employee’s first or last name
  2. As you type, a list of names will appear
  3. Select a name from the list or use the name you’ve typed and click the Search Icon directorysearchicon.png
  4. The search results will display some of the following information for each employee listed:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Title
    • Department
    • Office Location
  5. The results will be separated by Exact Match Results, Best Match Results and Partial Match Results
  6. To locate the correct employee’s information, search filters on the left-hand side of the results page can be used to sift through the results
Search by Department
  1. Click within the Search by Department field and select a department from the drop-down list
  2. Click the GO! Icon directoryGoicon.png
  3. On the search results page, use the search filters on the left-hand side of the page to narrow the results of your search
Share Results
  1. To share the results of your directory search with others, click the Share Results option on the left-hand side of the page
  2. A Share Directory Search Results window will open
  3. Fill out all of the fields in the window and click Send
