What do I do if my name isn't recognized by automated directory assistance?

You must be an active employee with your 'Campus' phone number number listed in OMNI HR for it to be included in the automated directory. Follow the steps below to add or update or campus phone number:

  1. Sign in to
  2. Click HR under myFSU links
  3. Click the Personal Information tile
  4. Complete the two-factor authentication (2FA) process
  5. Click Contact Details from on the left menu
  6. Enter your number in the 'Campus' number field.
