What do I do if I do not hear a dial tone?

Submit a repair ticket and include replies to the following questions in "Details of Repair Request":

  1. Can you verify your phone is plugged in?
  2. Do you know what kind of phone that you have? Check the list of phones on the ITS equipment pricing webpage for more information.
  3. When did you first realize that your phone wasn’t working?
  4. Have you experience this problem before and was it repaired?
