How do I add contacts?

Below are the three ways you can add contacts. Note: Each contact can have up to 6 numbers associated with them.

Add a contact manually:

  1. Press Contacts
  2. Press New
  3. Enter the first and last name using the dial pad
    • To enter a space, press 0.
  4. Select the next field
  5. Enter the telephone number and press Primary if applicable
    • The primary number is the one that will always display without having to go into contact details
  6. Select the next field
  7. Select the type of number entered (work, mobile, home)
  8. If you have another number for this contact, scroll down and repeat Steps 5 - 7
  9. Press Save or OK

Add a contact by searching (requires contact use a VoIP phone):

  1. Press Contacts
  2. Press Search
  3. Enter the contact's name using the dial pad - you can use partial names
  4. Press +Contact.
  5. If you have another number for this contact, scroll down and enter the telephone number.
  6. Press Save or OK.

Adding an entry from the call to your contact list:

  1. Select the number you want to add to your contact list
  2. Press +Contact
  3. Edit the name and telephone number, if necessary
  4. Press Save
