What do I do if I forgot my Mozy username or password?

To reset your desktop backup service password use the "Forgot your password?" link on the online login page. After you reset your password you will need to update your login information on each of your devices running the desktop backup software.

Normally, your username will be your FSU employee email address. If you do not know your username you will need to contact your departmental IT support. If you do not know who to contact, submit a support request.
