How do I forward my email to another email address?

  1. Log on to your Office 365 email account.
  2. Click the settings wheel in the upper-right hand corner
  3. Type "Forwarding" in the Search all settings box
    Search for Forwarding
  4. Click Forwarding
  5. Click the button next to "Start forwarding" then enter the email address you would like to forward incoming mail to.
  6. Check keep a copy of forwarded messages in Outlook Web App
  7. Click Save
