How do I set up my employee email on the Outlook mobile app?

These instructions were created using iOS 12.3 on an iPhone 8 Plus. For additional information on configuring the Outlook app on iOS devices, refer to Microsoft's Outlook for iOS mobile app page. For additional information on configuring the Outlook app on Android devices, refer to Microsoft's Outlook for Android mobile app page.

  1. Download, install and open the free Microsoft Outlook app from the Google Play or the Apple Store.
  2. Launch the Outlook app 
  3. In the Add Account menu, enter your FSUID@fsu.edu email address and select Add Account
  4. On the FSU sign in window, enter your FSUID@fsu.edu email address and select Next

    On the next window, enter your FSUID password and select Sign In
  5. Complete the two-factor authentication (2FA) process
  6. You're all set! It may take a few minutes for your emails to be loaded into the app.
