How do I use eduroam?

Sign-in to any eduroam network with your FSUID and password, in the style Find an eduroam location near you and download the eduroam companion apps for Android and iOS.

Here are some generic settings to help get you started:

  • Network Name: eduroam
  • Network Type: WPA2 - Enterprise
  • Data Encryption: AES
  • EAP Type: Protected EAP (PEAP)
  • Certificate servers names:
  • Trusted Root Certification Authorities:
    • AddTrust External CA Root
    • COMODO ECC Certification Authority
    • COMODO ECC Organization Validation Secure Server CA
  • Authentication Method: Secure password (EAP-MSCHAP v2)

NOTE: FSU students, faculty, and staff will be unable to use the eduroam on the main campus. If you need wireless access on campus, please use the FSUSecure network. eduroam in pilot territories may be limited to a small number of locations and may have other restrictions.
