How do I submit a support request for Center for Advanced Power Systems (CAPS)?

Employees of the Center for Advanced Power Systems (CAPS) can submit a  support request directly to their departmental IT support group by using the process below:

  1. Go to and click on Sign In (FSUID required)
  2. Enter your FSUID and password and click Sign In
  3. Under the Self Service Pagelet, click Create New Case
  4. Within the Create Case screen, select the following options:
    • Category: IT Support Services
    • Specialty Type: Desktop and IT Support
    • Detail: Center for Advanced Power Systems IT Support
  5. Fill out the Priority, Summary, and Details field with the relevant information
  6. Select Attach a File if you have relevant documents, images, or files to include
  7. Click Save My Case
