How do I post an event to the university events calendar?

To post an event to the calendar, you must either have access to a unit calendar or have another university unit post the event to their calendar. Unit calendars can be requested by FSU employees at the director level or higher.

To request access to a calendar, follow the instructions found in the Request this Service section of the Events Calendar page.

Once your unit is set up with a calendar, follow the Add an Event instructions included in the University Events Calendar Tip Sheet.
